lil wellers will run, play, jump and learn how fun moving our
bodies can be in this 45 minute indoor and outdoor healthy
movement morning program!
know them, raise them, be them! GL PWR sessions will empower
our girls with the discovery of their physical and mental strength/
ability while supporting and encouraging the girls around them to
do the same!
this one’s for the boyz as they begin to tap into their own bodies
potential to feel strong, confident and proud of everything they can do.
teens and tweens stand up a huge variety of cycling, weight
lifting, yoga, kickboxing and more! get stronger this summer with
your friends and find out while working out!
