🍀🏋🏻♀️🚴🏻♀🏃🏼🍀The 2nd Annual St.Patty’s Day Dri-Tri is Saturday, March 13th at 7:00am and we hope you’ll join us for a FUN and challenging morning in the studio! Participants will be encouraged to complete all three categories of the Dri-Tri. – Running or walking a 2 mile course around the studio. – Biking a 20 minute interval course of rolling hills and seated sprints in Studio 2. – A Total body 200 repetition weight lifting series. 🥝🥑💪🏼Refuel and celebrate with festive and healthy eat.well drinks and snacks post event!
