This high-intensity interval training workout sculpts your body and burns calories like nothing you’ve experienced before. Your instructor will lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you’ll deliver boxing combinations, working your entire body

Time to build muscle, burn fat  and train.  Using dumbbells and body weight movements, b.strong is a total body workout that will challenge your strength, endurance and deliver results.

Get ready to sweat.  This high-intensity workout will push you to your limits! A fun and challenging class to combining plyometrics, kickboxing-inspired movements and core work!

A vinyasa-style class incorporating weights, a warm room, and upbeat music. This class can be as challenging as you make it! Weights are optional and modifications will be offered to increase or decrease the intensity. All levels welcome!

A low impact, body sculpting workout that uses pilates inspired movements to create strength, balance and flexibility. You’ll shake your way to the lean body you’ve been longing for!
